Effective date: June 19, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Daily Calendar (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Daily Calendar is a calendar display app that shows a user’s daily schedule in a dashboard-style view.
The App may connect to Google Calendar or read calendar events available on the user’s Android device, depending on the user’s settings and permissions.
You are responsible for providing accurate account and permission access when using the App, maintaining control of your device and Google account, ensuring that your use of the App complies with applicable laws and policies, and reviewing your calendar information before relying on it for important events.
The App may request read-only calendar access in order to display your schedule.
The App does not create, edit, or delete calendar events.
You may revoke permissions through Android system settings or through your Google Account permissions page.
The App is provided for convenience and informational purposes.
We do not guarantee that calendar data will always be available, accurate, up to date, or displayed without interruption. Calendar syncing may depend on Google services, Android system services, network connectivity, device settings, and user permissions.
You should not rely solely on the App for critical reminders, medical events, emergencies, work obligations, or time-sensitive commitments.
The App may use third-party services, including Google Calendar and Android system services.
Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies from Google, Android, device manufacturers, or other third parties.
We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, data accuracy, or changes to third-party APIs or platforms.
You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the App except as permitted by law, use the App in a way that disrupts Google services or Android services, or misrepresent your identity or authorization to access calendar data.
The App, including its design, code, layout, and branding, is owned by the developer or licensed to the developer.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of the App or its intellectual property.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, calendar events, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may suspend or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above.
Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer’s place of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
